Ready Bar ships products worldwide from our fulfillment locations in New Zealand and Spain. To make delivery faster and more cost-effective for customers in Europe and surrounding regions, most European orders are fulfilled and shipped from Spain. Orders outside Europe (or when stock/processing requires it) are shipped from New Zealand.
Shipping Locations & Carriers
- Europe (EU & non-EU): Primarily shipped from Spain using reliable carriers such as Correos, SEUR, DHL, or similar partners for fast and tracked delivery.
- Rest of the World (including New Zealand, USA, UK, Australia, etc.): Shipped from New Zealand using NZ Post, DHL, or equivalent international carriers.
We choose carriers based on destination, order size, and availability to optimize speed and cost.
Shipping Times (Estimates Only)
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. They do not include processing time (usually 1–3 business days) or customs delays.
- Europe (from Spain): 3–10 business days (most arrive in 3–7 days).
- UK & non-EU Europe: 5–12 business days.
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days.
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days.
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days (depending on customs and location).
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, holidays, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays (in Spain or New Zealand), or after cutoff times may be processed the next business day.
- Custom or backordered items may take longer— we will notify you if this applies.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Destination country/region
- Selected carrier
We offer:
- Free or discounted shipping thresholds where possible (shown at checkout).
- Tracked shipping for all orders (tracking number provided via email once shipped).
Important: Posted prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT (for non-EU shipments), or brokerage fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and are payable upon delivery if applicable. We recommend checking your country's customs rules before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly via the carrier's website or our order confirmation email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, contact us at nico.readybar@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to carrier policies).
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (outside the EU when shipping from Spain, or all orders from New Zealand):
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by your country.
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund them.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible once payment is confirmed. Contact us immediately at nico.readybar@gmail.com if you need to modify your order—we will do our best to accommodate if it has not yet shipped.
