**Refund and Return Policy**

Ready Bar ("we", "us", or "our") is based in New Zealand and operates under New Zealand consumer law. We also comply with relevant EU consumer protection rules (including the 14-day cooling-off period) when shipping to customers in the European Union.

### Return Window
We offer a **30-day return policy**, which means you have **30 days** after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, undamaged)
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

### How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at **nico.readybar@gmail.com**.  
Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Once we receive your request and confirm eligibility, we will provide instructions, including a return shipping label (where applicable) and details on how to send the package.  
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

### Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.  
If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, contact us **right away** at **nico.readybar@gmail.com** so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

### Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items (final sale)
- Gift cards

### Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original (following the return process above) and place a new order once the return is accepted and processed.

### European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the 30-day policy above, if your order is shipped to an address in the **European Union**, you have the right to cancel your order for **any reason** within **14 days** from the day you receive the goods (or the last item in a multi-item order).  
The item must be returned in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging) and with proof of purchase.  
To exercise this right, contact us at **nico.readybar@gmail.com** within the 14-day period. We will provide return instructions and, where required by law, cover reasonable return shipping costs for cancellations under this right.

### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you by email whether the refund is approved
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**
- Please allow additional time (up to a few weeks) for your bank or card issuer to post the credit

If more than **15 business days** have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at **nico.readybar@gmail.com**.

### Return Shipping Address
Returns should only be sent after we have approved your request and provided instructions.  
We will share the exact return address (New Zealand) at that time.
